Young Ian arrived in Canada in 1995 as an international students who can speak less than 10 English sentences. From ESL, College, Technical School (VFS), SFU, UBC, BCIT and many years of Toastmaster training, he had grown out of that little student got bully around for speaking bad English, to a top speaking power presenter & top selling real estate agent!
